Use before your skincare/ makeup on a clean fresh face.
Evenly distribute product through hairs and brush into your desired shape. Lay them down until you’re happy and the product becomes tacky. (I like to back comb hairs to ensure all hairs are coated before placing them down.
Wipe away any excess from around the brows before application of any other makeup.
