Refund policy

To initiate a return:
  • Before submitting your request, make sure to review the information provided.
  • Please proceed to our email info@wolfiecosmetics.com to submit your return request.
  • Any returns not submitted through email will not be processed.
  • Once your return is approved or rejected according to our policy, you will receive an email notification with further instructions

 

  • RETURNS POLICY:
  • Your return request should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We can only process returns for makeup items that remain unopened and unused.
  • Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to you.
  • Kindly note that items bought as part of a collection must be returned as a complete set; individual items will not be accepted.
  • Returns are only accepted for products bought directly from our website.
  • If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to our support team with your order information and a photo of the issue for assistance.
  • When returning your order, remember to include any free gifts that came with it.
  • IS THERE A COST FOR RETURNS?
  • You are accountable for the return shipping costs.
  • The original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.
  • Your return will undergo inspection within 14 days of being received.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

  • Wolfie Cosmetics does not assume liability for any returns misplaced by the postal service. We highly advise using a fully tracked service when sending returns to us.
  • All returns are closely monitored to prevent the misuse or abuse of our return policy. Customers who repeatedly return items excessively may be flagged for review, and we reserve the right to reconsider or revoke our return policy for those flagged. We maintain the right to decline service to any individual.
